HOST 2026 Student Travel Grant<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

With the generous support from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), HOST 2026 is offering travel grants (a shared hotel room) for full-time students from U.S. universities. There is no citizenship or any additional requirements other than full-time student status at a university in the U.S.<\/p>

Please be aware of the following rules:<\/p>

  1. The applicant must be a full-time student, either high school, undergraduate, or graduate, enrolled in U.S. institutions by the time of HOST 2026.<\/li>
  2. The travel grant recipients will receive support for a subsidized hotel room and possible additional funds conditional on availability.<\/li>
  3. To apply, please complete the form below. The information that we collect is required by NSF and\/or for the purpose of reimbursement.<\/li>
  4. All travel grant recipients will be required to submit one paragraph describing their experience or their favorite paper at HOST 2026.<\/li><\/ol>

    Applications need to submitted by March 31st, 2026. The decisions will be made within in a week of receiving the application.<\/p>
