HOST 2026 Student Travel Grant

With the generous support from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), HOST 2026 is offering travel grants (a shared hotel room) for full-time students from U.S. universities. There is no citizenship or any additional requirements other than full-time student status at a university in the U.S.

Please be aware of the following rules:

  1. The applicant must be a full-time student, either high school, undergraduate, or graduate, enrolled in U.S. institutions by the time of HOST 2026.
  2. The travel grant recipients will receive support for a subsidized hotel room and possible additional funds conditional on availability.
  3. To apply, please complete the form below. The information that we collect is required by NSF and/or for the purpose of reimbursement.
  4. All travel grant recipients will be required to submit one paragraph describing their experience or their favorite paper at HOST 2026.

Applications need to submitted by March 31st, 2026. The decisions will be made within in a week of receiving the application.
